Each hard gelatin capsule contains 1450 mg of Psyllium Husk Powder, providing 1 g of dietary fiber (4% DV) along with 1 g of total carbohydrate (0.36% DV) and 0.2 g of protein (0% DV) per serving. Other ingredients include Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, and Colloidal Silicon Dioxide. Directions for use: Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily with sufficient water or as directed by a doctor. Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, keeping it out of reach of children.
