The ALNCO CARE Advanced Orthopaedic Walker (Short, 11 in) immobilises the foot and ankle while leaving the calf free, making it the lighter, cooler choice for injuries that do not need full below-knee support. The semi-rigid circumferential shell protects the foot and ankle, and medial and lateral inflatable aircells give the wearer fine control over compression to improve comfort and limit swelling. A rocker-bottom sole encourages a natural, assisted gait, while the shock-absorbing footbed reduces heel impact during walking. Circumferential hook-and-loop straps allow tool-free application and adjustment, and the adjustable toe guard protects the forefoot. The removable, washable foam liner can be cleaned between wears. Suitable for stable forefoot and midfoot fractures, stress fractures, ankle sprains, post-operative protection and soft-tissue injuries. Universal design fits either the left or the right foot. Adult unisex.
